Despite Mother Nature, the kids were out fishing on the lake, on docks and from the boat launch Sunday morning! Our sincere thanks for all those who participated not only in the fishing but later on for the BBQ! Cool but no rain by the afternoon and our thanks again to the Dales for hosting, to all the “helpers” for another successful event, the sponsors for the wonderful prizes and the food, and to Heather Kertzer and Paul Breslin for the Photo Contest! It truly “takes a village”!
Photo Contest Winners
Congratulations to our First Prize winner Carol Trotman and Honourable Mention Carolyn Einarson. Fabulous Photos! There were a total of 16 entries in the competition and 2 additional entries that came in after the deadline. This is a great response for the return of the photo contest and once again we thank Heather Kertzer and Paul Breslin for setting up the contest, judging the entries and presenting the prizes! See the photos above.
All photos submitted for the contest will be posted soon to the FLCA web site. Our sincere thanks to all those who took the time to send in their photos – we will be able to use them in future communications from the FLCA!
