Farlain Lake Boat Parade and Poker Run!
Sunday August 2 starting at 1 pm

Meet offshore at the boat launch and do the tour around the lake, wrapping up at the boat launch for the prizes – so much fun for those in the parade and the viewers on shore alike! Past participants reported that it was just as much fun being IN the parade listening to the crowds roar on shore as watching it. But participants have the chance to win prizes for their creativity as well as their poker hands.

2025 Boat Parade – A Great Success!

Not counting Farley and the “Tiki Bar” leading the way, there were 14 boats in the parade, and although very windy, Mother Nature provided a great summer day! Our sincere thanks go to the organizers, the creative decorators, the crews, and the spectators (including dancers both aboard and on shore!).  The addition of the poker competition added yet another fun element.
